The Way Maker

Whatever challenge you may be facing, rest assured that the Way Maker is more than able to come up with the best solution for you. Just trust Him even if you don’t understand. He will make a way!

Meditate on these:

Isaiah 45:2 - I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron.

Exodus 14: 21 - Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and all that night the Lord drove the sea back with a strong east wind and turned it into dry land. The waters were divided.

If you think of the popular construction company Julis Berger, maybe you’ll come close to understanding who a Way Maker is. To construct a road or a bridge, Julius Berger would need an entire team of construction engineers, civil engineers, construction workers etc. He would need various heavy-duty equipment and machines and also need a lot of time - months or even years to bring the road to a finished state.

But I present to you God the Father, The Way Maker himself! The One who can make a way in a matter of seconds. He just needs to send His Word and we need to believe it and obey it. He can make a way in the wilderness, he can make a way in the sea, he can make a way anywhere he wants to. It doesn’t matter what obstruction may exist, He is capable of melting mountains just to create a path for you.

I always say to myself that God can make a way where I don’t even expect a way to exist. He did this exact thing for the Israelites and He has done it for me on many occasions. One time I was trusting God for supply and He sent help from a place I didn’t even imagine.

When the Israelites were being pursued by the Egyptians, I’m almost certain that in their wildest imaginations, they would never have guessed that God’s solution would be to part the Red Sea.
The concept of parting seas had never come up before so that was most likely not going to be on their list of survival options.

But the God we serve has His ways, and those ways are far above our ways. This is why we need to trust Him wholeheartedly. We don’t need to put him in a box. We must let God be God.

He has said that he would make the crooked ways in your life straight. So for all the situations that don’t seem to align, he will cause them to work together for your good.
He will come up with solutions that you didn’t even think of. He’ll make a way for you where there seems to be no way.

I’ll end by saying this - Whatever challenge you may be facing, rest assured that the Way Maker is more than able to come up with the best solution for you. Just trust Him even if you don’t understand. He will make a way!

Prayer: My Father, I believe you’re The Way Maker, please make a way for me in my current situation <insert your concerns> and grant me victory in the name of Jesus. Amen.
